I've had my hair cut here 3 times and the service varies based on who cuts your hair. Last time Yassin cut my hair and he was kind and meticulous. I would give a negative rating if possible for my hairdresser yesterday (unnamed), however. She barely glanced at the photo I brought her, and then interrupted me when I told her what I wanted. She said I'd have to wait until after she styled my hair (which costs extra money) to tell her what I want. She then made me look like a mushroom, with closely cropped hair at the bottom and a perfect, huge circle at the top. I had to beg her to even it out--it's still not even, but I gave up after asking 5 times. The worst thing? She also spent about 4 minutes lecturing me that she shouldn't cut my hair the way I wanted because I'd look like a man. Yeah she was rude and inattentive, but I can't believe how transphobic she was!!

Very good hair salon. I had Sonja to help me with my hair up do for my civil wedding in Aachen. Everything worked out perfect despite the hysterical time. Friendly and very decent English speaking staff i am very pleased to have paid my visit here.
I found this place and it was a pleasant surprize. The hairdressers were talented, very kind and they spoke good english.

Even if the interior design has become a little outdated Engin is still the best hairdresser I ever had. I am coming here since years and am always disappointed by any other hairdresser (not from Paco).

Good but expensive
Seit nunmehr 20 Jahren Kunde, wohne seit 5 Jahren in Köln, komme trotzdem noch immer alle 8 Wochen nach Aachen, um mir hier die Haare schneiden zu laden. Wunderbarer Service, sehr angenehme Kommunikation und schnelle Terminvergaben, selbst wenn ich kurzfristig anrufe. Insgesamt rundum zufrieden: auf die nächsten (mehreren !) 20 Jahre!
